The reason that I go to Valvoline instant oil change and pay these expensive prices is so that I can get good customer service, good quality oil and most importantly ,the top offs … as of lately. I’ve been dealing with an oil leak problem so I’ve been taking advantage of the fact that I can go by and get a top off, which I was told I could get a top off every single day if wanted it, at the location I signed up at years ago… I get a top off about once a week and I’ve come to this location now for the second time, last time I had to pay $15 for it and this time I was also charged $13 which I don’t mind paying, if it was reasonable but is it not included ?!?! the store manager here gives me a rude attitude and makes me feel like I’m asking for a handout when I specifically pay for an expensive oil change to be able to come and get a top off whether that be with water, fluids or oil .. he said that it’s always been a store policy to charge for top off’s but like I said, I’ve been getting oil changes with Valvoline for years for that exact reason and no other location other than this one charges me or gives me a hard time about doing so, which is weird, so please avoid this location if you’re looking for good customer service :) oh AND THEY LEFT THE TOP TO MY OIL FILTER IN A COMPLETE RANDOM SIDE OF THE CAR, NOT ON THE LID WHATSOEVER, PUTTING MY LIFE AT DANGER BUT THANK THE LORD THEIR SOLUTION IS TO LEAVE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS TO COVER...
