I placed an order on the app for a certain time. It wasn’t ready when my mom arrived to pick it up. The location has a curbside sign and she had my infant son with her (she tried to call to verify the staff would bring the order out and that it was going to be ready but they never answered) so she went outside to wait. We spoke to someone who was in the store and then went to the same school to have lunch with their child and said the staff were laughing while talking amongst each other about how long my mom would wait before she was forced to come back inside.
