Subway — Restaurant in Montebello

I ordered just two foot longs, one for my daughter and one for myself a few weeks ago. I ordered a cold cut club and asked for the bread Not to be toasted, “toasted “, they also messed up my veggies that I had asked for. Then my daughter’s foot long, I order her the chicken breast. It was to be a simple request, heat up only chicken and bacon and they heated the bread also. She’s a picky eater, she didn’t even request any veggies or any dressing, just three items, the bread, chicken and bacon and they couldn’t get the order right. Needless to say she didn’t like that the bread was toasted and didn’t eat it. I then contacted Subway through the app and the response from the store manager was sorry we try our best pretty much. That’s not what I wanted to hear from the store manager, and because of that lousy customer service I will be taking my business to Jersey Mike’s, much better customer service. Place was clean possibly due to the lack of costumers. My family and I walked in, the employee that attended us looked upset that she had to help us. She was rushing us through our order having to repeat ourselves multiple times. The amount of meat on my sandwich was ridiculous. The container from which she was getting the meat was low and probably too lazy to go to the back and bring a new one. The food tray where they placed my sandwiches was wet. I wanted to take the food to go cuz of the bad service but my young son wanted to eat there so we did. 15 minutes later I noticed the same employee rush to take her break as soon as a group of people walk in. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! this location doesn't have proper management in the location. Need to train there employees better! they have young kids working there they have no costumer service experience what's so ever!!! They only had two people in the floor when i arrived. It took the girl about 25 minutes to finish my order and charge me, by then my 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom. I asked if she can use is the they said no pubic restrooms. Of course my toddler couldn't hold it and peed on herself, (mind the embarrassment and frustration) On top of it all I asked for napkins and a mop to help clean.
