Montello Theatre — Local services in Montello

I am editing my review based on what I woke up to this morning. My social media was filled with the same behaviors nationwide in nearly every theatre. It would not be fair to judge the business by some stupid online trend occurring everywhere. That being said, it still doesn't sit right with me that there were 3 people sitting next to each other on the outside 3 seats across from the walkway light in the middle on the who had their phones raised the entire movie recording and another 4 on the right side and you somehow didn't see that. Twice. If I return, hopefully there will be something in place to address that issue instead of relying on people...

Great place to bring your family and not break the budget. Is open all year long with a wide variety of movies to catch on your weekend outings during the cooler season. And a great way to end the day when school is out for the year. They have comfortable seating and updated audio and video. It is a great small town, single theater around. Family owned and operated. Accessible to wheelchairs, except the bathroom which in this historical building is unfortunately downstairs. But, a local business nearby has that covered for you if needed. We hosted my 8 year old's Birthday Party here last weekend and it was fantastic! We were able to stream any movie we wanted and the girls were able to dance and sing their hearts out! It was so cool and the perfect afternoon activity that I didn't have to worry about serving a bunch of kids lunch, we were also able to bring in our own cake. Popcorn, candy and drinks were not included in the rental price but the concessions were super affordable especially when compared to other theaters.
