I was proposing to my Fiance (now wife) and knew going into it that she had a very specific ring type in mind that was very custom (from the setting to some of diamonds) and in an Art Deco style that wasn't common at the time. I went into Jewelry Designs Unlimited and asked them if they could recreate or recommend me any other options. They took the picture of the ring and told me they would call me the next day and let me know what my options were. I was expecting to have to have a conversation with my wife about possibly finding another ring (I tried to get a second option at first and she WAS NOT having it). I get the call from Jeff and Jeanette the next day and they told me they could have it recreated 100%, no problem. Not to mention they could save me a lot of money in the process! In 3 weeks that ring was in and I was floored. Hands down the finest craftsmanship I've ever seen and an absolutely gorgeous ring to boot! Thank you for everything that you guys did Jeff...

I typically believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially local ones, but my experience at this store left a lot to be desired. While browsing, I felt more like an intruder than a potential customer. They came up with multiple renderings for me and used their industry knowledge and experience to give me a professional opinion on the ring and GIA certified diamond that I ultimately ended up with.
