This establishment is operated by inexperienced individuals. The behavior exhibited is reminiscent of children. After waiting for 30 minutes for my order, it was ultimately incorrect. I was eager to try the new cheesesteak puffs. I placed my order, which already took 30 minutes to prepare. My ticket was timestamped at 7:30, and I departed at 8:10. They informed me that they were waiting on my puffs, yet when they finally arrived, they were pepperoni, which I do not consume. I had specifically ordered cheesesteak. Shortly after, a woman who arrived one minute after me mentioned that she received the wrong cheesesteak puffs. The young man at the register attempted to exchange our boxes, literally handing me the same box that the woman had taken to her car and had been sitting with for less than five minutes. When I requested a fresh box due to a visible fingerprint on the one he opened, he became irritated and instructed me to step aside. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before having to request a refund. As a resident of Michigan, I am deeply disheartened by the experience at a place I frequent multiple times a week, especially when it involves such unprofessional behavior. We must strive for improvement. This situation is unacceptable. Waiting 40 minutes for a pizza allowed me enough time to go grocery shopping at Publix and return my food was still not done. I’ve had some not so pleasurable experiences before but today was a little more frustrating than others. While I appreciate the young ladies with the pink hair, the braids and blonde hair, I did not appreciate the lady with the small bun demeanor about something that the business was getting wrong. I always come and get the pepperoni and sausage pizza with butter and Parmesan on the crust. The first time, my pizza crust was burnt with no butter or parm on the crust. We parked and my husband took it in. They brought the second one out to the car and this time it was butter and parm all over. I’m extremely picky about my food and add being pregnant to that, I just wanted my pizza done right especially if we are paying for it. I took it back inside and I can see the lady with the bun having a “I don’t care” attitude and demeanor and something was said about it not being right again. While I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I understand there are difficult situations and customers but a lot of things can be avoided if you listen and do your job with intent.
