I stopped by the restaurant today to order a couple of sandwiches and was totally surprised and shocked at what I saw. I entered the restaurant and both employees were not wearing masks and they were behind the counter. I walked up to order and the lady put her mask on. The guy, standing over the vegetable used to make sandwiched, asked me what I would like. I responded, your not wearing a mask and that I was leaving. The lady said you could have asked him to put on a mask on. I responded with he is standing over the food and talking with no mask on. This is not what I would expect from a Subway restaurant that I have been going to for many years. The lady wanted to argue and I walked out. Here is what the Subway website says about their COVID safety measures -- and what I saw: Restaurant employees wearing masks -- They were not wearing masks Markers on the floors of our restaurants to provide further social distancing guidelines -- No markers on floor Limiting and distancing in-restaurant seating where possible to ensure proper social distancing -- Only customer Placing dividers between employees and guests at participating locations -- No dividers Keeping all ingredients on the sandwich line covered -- Nothing covering the food Increasing the cleaning frequency in all restaurants -- Don't know if they did Providing hand sanitizer stations at many of our restaurants -- ...
Read moreUsually when I come here its fine as long as the manager is there. Today the two employees were very slow. They didn't ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted. They were very slow with putting on my condiments. I asked for light mayo and they put a small drizzle of regular mayo. They didn't even wrap it correctly in the paper they just kinda put the paper around it and threw it in the bag. After that my girl friend ordered a turkey bacon and guac wrap. We got charged for a foot long turkey which isn't even what we ordered and these wraps at most should be a 6 inch. We also got charged for extra bacon on a wrap that comes with bacon. When I questioned this they dismissed me. And to top that off the guac on the wrap was old which we didn't know until we got back home. So in conclusion if you head to this location make sure the manager is there. She always does a great job and is welcoming. These other two just aren't working. They are lazy and show no manner of care...

My woman and I come here on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays because of one employee. If you go to this Subway look for Scooter on the name tag. He is highly skilled at making sandwiches, and I know how cheesy it sounds but, anything he makes is made with love, and you can really tell the difference in the great taste of your food! I'm to the point where I can completely trust him to make me a sub based on his specifications and it's always SO good. He helps me try new delicious combinations that I have not yet thought about.
I would definitely recommend this particular Subway all because of one employee. 10/10, 5 STAR! Shout out to my man...
