He come knocking back on the door trying to get my tv stand which I paid for I then had to get out my bed to see what was he trying to take and he had them getting their stuff out of my tv stand I bought after I put him out. He came bk then had someone to call me talking about I got a cushion and they was going to call the police because I still have a pillow I’m waiting on the police right now. DON'T DON'T DON'T GO HERE!!!! I've purchased 2 items in the past from the Eastern Blvd location paid them both out ALWAYS PAID!! Washer went out they couldn't find it in their system, REALLY. They fixed springs on it n May. Come August electric board goes out. The store manager gives you the run around. I waited for 3 scheduled appointments before they finally show up about 3wks later. In store customer service was great. But they’re customer outside of the store is very poor. They told me they’d keep me updated on my furniture delivery and I had to call twice to get information. Then they wait til 30 minutes before they close to tell me I won’t get my furniture delivered that day because they couldn’t get in contact with 2 of my references. So 4 whole hours they couldn’t get ahold of them and didn’t call me to see if I had any other references. So I gave them 2 other references and they didn’t even call my other 2 references. I HAD TO HAVE MY REFERENCES CALK THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO CALL BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING IN 30 minutes! Poor customer service.
