USED to be my FAVORITE SUBWAY. Me and my family used to come here often. This location used to have friendly staff and fresh food. However my experience tonight was horrible. Worst customer service of ANY Subway. PATHETIC, needs new staff or to be closed... My family placed online order over an hour before closing time, get to restaurant a whole hour before closing time. “”PERSON…”” behind counter wouldn’t unlock door or even acknowledge me directly, was mouthing something angrily and told “customer” inside (or obviously a friend or relative whom she CLEARLY was making food for)… TO TELL ME… that they were “CLOSED”… at 7:00…(AN HOUR EARLY) AND THE “customer” SAYING THIS WAS JUST AT TRAFFIC LIGHT IN FRONT OF US, CAME IN RIGHT BEFORE US, RIGHT AS WE WERE PULLING UP, AND GOT HER FOOD MADE…. at 7:00…. Which made NO SENSE… Then they couldn’t even try to be courteous, instead of the employee coming to the door after we SEE her friend come in and get food made…She has audacity to tell her “friend” in store on other side of counter to wave her hands at me as to motion that they were closed… No explanation, no asking did I have an online order they just let me stand there at the door for minutes like they were going to ignore me and I had already paid my money… To whomever is in charge just check your camera around that time…. Eventually another employee comes from the back whom wasn’t rude and at least comes to the door, opens and explains to me that an employee got sick and that they had to close early and that they had already dropped register (even though I paid online and can SEE the girl making food for friend who had JUST WALKED IN, it was still very stupid but AT LEAST… SHE wasn’t rude about it) and she said their manager already knows about them having to close early so I would have to just come get my food or refund in the morning…. I would have to come tommorow morning for my refund or food… (Which I still didn’t understand my order was already paid for online and the employee was fixing someone’s food as the girl was telling me this.) Then before leaving parking lot, disappointed about my food, money and the customer service, I stopped to write this review, the rude employee and company exit restaurant and have their ride SLOWLY CIRCLE MY CAR as if I was supposed to be intimidated or something… THE RUDE EMPLOYEE AND THEIR RIDE IN A BURGUNDY SUV (maybe an equinox? Check your camera between 7:25 and 7:35) …. Highly unprofessional as well as unintelligent and clearly doesn’t care about the customers or their job. Now im just out of our dinner AND the money for our dinner tonight… Even feel like I was threatened…. All because I chose to trust the idiots working at THIS Subway to simply… do their job… The customer, their money, or even common courtesy, CLEARLY all mean NOTHING here at...

I was making conversation with the employee (cashier) and told her I ordered the Italian B.M.T with double meat because I wanted more meat this time and some times the sandwiches don't have enough meat for me. This lady had the nerve to tell me reason I didn't order double meat last time was because I was broke. ???? I professionally corrected her and told her that wasn't the case. If I was broke, I wouldn't have came back the next day to order another sandwich with double meat. She then tried to save herself by trying to sign me up for their rewards program. I will not come back to this location. I'll gladly be taking my money to the Pike Road location from here on out. This location needs training on people skills, respect, and...
Read moreI'm sure no one will read this or even care but something must be done about customer service at this location.....I pulled into the parking lot and sat in the car to finish a phone call. this location is supposed to close at 8pm when I arrived it was 7:35pm. After I finished a a 5min call I walked to the door and it was locked...the extra large lady inside said, "Go away we are closed" . I looked at the time on the door and then checked my phone to see the time at 7:43pm. So, I understand if ther is an issue with food or something else. But to tell a customer to go away and your supposed to be open. I hope someone from corporate office will visit this location at closing and see how it feels to be told to simply go away when a store is supposed to be...
