I step into Royal furniture store 10/19/2024 I purchased a bedroom suite. I paid cash in full. After the delivery man left, I laid on bed, the mattress has a deep hole. Technical came out, made a report that the mattress has a depression on the left side front. Roughly between the shoulders and hips. Depth 1in deep hole..12/12/2024 They replaced the mattress with a used one from the showroom. This mattress is just as worse! The head of mattress is downhill and the foot is elevated uphill, very uncomfortable.. They want give me a new one which I paid for. I open the Dresser drawer, One drawer would not closed back. I had to leave it open a month or longer for a service man to check it..they pick the dresses up and delivery another bad dresses. The top got something on it that looks like sticky bubbles..The delivery man told me it need to be sand down, To this day 4/21/2025 Nothing been done... My bed has a king size rails on one side of bed and a Queen size rails on the other side. The service tech. Turn in the report that my Rails needs to be exchanged! I went into the store several times to talk, Still nothing... I have call on the phone over 15 times or morer, Still no Actions.. The manager there is mr..Emmitt, He never returned my phone calls. I call 4/11/2025 spoke with Mr.Emmitt , He says he will do a back ordered for rails. I have call the CORPORATE OFFICE, I left many messages for Ms.Michelle to respond to my complaints, Still no one has call me back. Royal furniture store have not shown no Respect for me being a valuable customer. Be careful before u buy. I am still waiting on your phone...
Read moreI want to start off saying this is the BEST location in town hands down.All your furniture needs. I will be doing business again soon. I was in the market for a new dresser. I purchased one from Rooms to go last weekend. It was dropped off today wrapped in plastic. I removed everything from the old dresser and put it outside. When I brought the new one in and unwrapped it wrong color. Contacted the sales lady and she immediately told me to call customer service. She was busy working on new sales. Called customer service and was told to send pictures and she would call back after reviewing them. 3 hours pass no call. I’m pissed by now I understand mistakes happen but the communication wasn’t there. The empathy to make it right. I called and told them I wanted a refund. Now that my old dresser is on the curb I’m in need. So I checked Royal’s website and seen the one I wanted was on display at another location. So I drove 10 miles to put eyes on it before purchasing. I spoke with the sales lady about getting it shipped to the closer store. She asked the manager who said no. I turn to walk off and he says what if I give you a discount on the delivery would you buy here. I asked what the shipping discount was. He says $100. Prior to walking back the lady told me shipping would be $100. Now I’m really pissed and feed up. So I arrive at this location all ready to buy what I wanted. Told them they have an easy sale because everyone else had DROPPED the sale. I was so pleased with the courtesy that I also purchased a dining room set. Spent $1700 because they showed EXCELLENT...
