Unsanitized Ass! I made an attempt to call and place an order by phone but the phone was busy. So, I decide to go up there to place my regular order. As I walked up to the door the worker were horse playing a little... OK no problem. Before I get to the door I see the cooks go to the back; the place is empty... No customers only the 2 girls working the register. OK No Problem! I walk in get to the register the two young ladies talking, one of them picked up the phone and say this phone been off the hook for 23 minutes. So, I say, so the phone do work then... OK No Problem! So I began to place my order #9 no mushrooms. So the 3 cook merge from the back with the same gloves they had on when they went to the back..... Same gloves. I'M THINKING! So, I asked the girl at the register are they going to put on new gloves before they start cooking my food. I NOTICED SHE PRETENDED AS IF SHE DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING. So, I asked the cooks are they going to change their gloves. 1 of them with gloves that I'm referencing to placed his hands on top of a box of gloves. Then I glance over to the 1 who is preparing to cook the food place the same glove in question in the container of onions and then the bell peppers..... I quickly said "I want a refund." The cook then place the meat on the grill. I said "I want my money back." So the young lady go to the back to get the manager. He's says why... Me: "Just give me a refund. I don't want it because they didn't sanitize their hands, they did not change their gloves when they came from the back." Owner: "You don't know what they were doing back there." Me: "All the more reason they should be putting on new gloves so they won't contaminate food."
The manager then told me to get out don't come back, but he fail to realize I had the whole conversation recording on my phone. I told him give me my money then I will leave. I got my money and left. He got mad because I called him and his nasty workers out. Instead of him correcting his employees he condoned there actions. I most definitely won't eat...
Read moreI have gone to this location for years and the food can be hit or miss. I went yesterday and after ordering asked to use the restroom. When walking down the hallway to the restroom I was unable to see the puddles of water on the floor and I subsequently slipped and fell very hard. I told the girl at the counter and she said, “oh you fell.” Granted it’s not her restaurant but that was it. Shortly after one of the workers comes to clean up the water. I asked for the manager/owners phone number because my ankle was already sore from the fall and if it got any worse I needed to follow up with him on next steps. I called and spoke to Lee who is said to be the owner. Not once did he apologize for me falling in his store. Instead he began asking questions to insinuate that I was lying. When asked what is the protocol in this situation if I needed to seek medical attention he said, “I don’t know.” Ultimately he said he would check it out and essentially he hung up on me. I haven’t heard back from him still. Beware of poor customer service and dangerous conditions at this location. If I had been elderly I would’ve been hurt very badly. Even still my ankle is sore and if I have to pursue this I see now that it will have to be done...

First, when I entered, one of the ladies on the front counter was on her phone speaking loudly about how she was tired of the customers coming in with an attitude and how some lady came in and made her mad and she made her wait 15 minutes to receive her food. So I ordered my son a chicken tender meal. Once we got home, the chicken strips were so hard that you could not bit into them. I took them back up there and explained to the young lady that my strips were extremely hard, and I just wanted some fresh ones. She looks at me like, What do you want me to do and proceeds to say, these people are getting on my nerves. So I asked who she was referring to. She says, Let me see if they will redo them. The cooks acted as if they didn't really want to replace them, but they did. The cook brought my food to the counter, and instead of the young lady handing me my food, she went out to the lobby to clean up. The cook had to come back to the front to give me my food.
