Foul Line — Local services in Monticello

We keep going back here from time to time to try it. Nothing has seemed to change over the last few or so years. Ordered wings that are described as "crispy" on the menu. Not even close. Luke-warm and soft at best. Would be understandable in a way if they were busy but only had one other table occupied in the bar. Then I asked for ranch to go with them, we were brought back pre-packaged Kens ranch packets and wasn't informed that they charged $1 each. Charging for ranch with hot wings?? Also had an all you can drink milk , so we decided that would be perfect for the kids. Well, it was expired milk cartons and tasted like it too. Go figure. Mediocre at best food is all it ever is. We went for supper there later in the evening on Saturday, 4/22/23. It was not busy at the time we sat ourselves down. We waited 20 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and ask for our drink order, we also gave our food order at the same time. Our drinks came about 15 minutes later and our meals took a half hour with no napkins, had to ask for them which came about 5 minutes later.. the whole time we were there it was not busy.. the waitress did not smile nor friendly.. kinda felt like she was preoccupied with something else. First time my son and I went there was ONE customer at the bar. The bartender was "shooting the breeze" with him. After not even a single glance in our direction for 3-4 minutes we walked out.

That was about 4-5 months ago. I went in to have a pop & see if I could get a bite to eat. Yes it is Thanksgiving but didn't make it to any big gatherings... so I was hoping to get something other than pizza. Long story short ..
