Excellent place to bring family , especially children and grandchildren. Many hands on things too see in both the museum and the downtown train depot as well as gift shops available. Rest rooms available at both locations they allow drinks and snacks to be brought on the train excursions no restrooms on trains . Tickets available at the museum if you intend on boarding at the downtown depot they will give you a pass with number of passengers and then once you get to the museum you can purchase your tickets there. All the characters are present, and there's a nice show of the North Pole--what a surprise! The entire ride is filled with entertainment so you won't feel bored. Kids had a blast, and we did too.
