Shoe Dept. — Local services in Monticello

First off they don't trust customers with both shoes for try on. They literally only have the right shoe in each box which means you dont get a good feel for what you are buying. I had to have a pair of shoes so I bought one. It took forever to checkout, first I was completely ignored, and I had to chase a gal down to help me, and she still ignored me after I asked for help. My husband had to go ask her a second time for help. Then once she got up there she had to go back to the backroom to get the other shoe... which took another five minutes. Overall very disappointing, I won't be back, and wouldn't have bought anything to start with if I hadn't...

Went there on a Sunday 10 minutes before they closed. Gor what I need with 2 Minutes to spare then they tell me they are only excepting card because they already cashed their drawers out.
