I do not give this 5 star lightly. I've worked with this company over a span of multiple years and projects. I've had 3 areas of old blinds replaced at different times (all different types), ordered ceiling fans twice, and even inquired about having a lamp shade custom made. Every experience has been the same. Professional. Friendly. Well informed. They have been helpful and informative through every part and detail. I am torn between keeping this place a secret or praising it from the rooftops. Praise wins. I’ve been bringing in my 21+ year old window treatments to get repaired/restrung here for several years. After being repaired, the blinds are as good or better than brand-new! Tony the owner and his Dream Team ( Dan, John, Christie, Michael B. and Gretchen) are stand-outs. Just coming into the store is like visiting your close friends. Gretchen is warm and welcoming and the customer service all around is matchless....

I came all the way from New Castle, CO (2 hours away) to have these folks fix a blind that another place told me could not be repaired. Not only did they repair it, but they did so quickly, friendly and professionally! I HIGHLY recommend this business!!! The Montrose and surrounding community should be super proud to have a business like this nearby. The 2 hour trip was absolutely worth it for me!
