The furniture is OK and decently priced, but there is little to no communication post sale, and our sales associate, Patty, was plain rude when we gave her our feedback. Receipts are hand written and archaic. There was no phone call when our furniture arrived - we had to call to confirm it had arrived and set up delivery. No one asked for the remainder of our payment. A partial bill was sent 30 days later. We paid it in full thinking this was the entire bill, only to receive a phone call a few days later asking for the "remaining" portion. There does not seem to be an inventory tracking system or formal way of properly billing customers in full, up front. The response we got to this feedback was " Six people do our books, and people make mistakes just like you". Perhaps. But it doesn't make poor customer service and poor billing practices acceptable. Ken has helped us with our furniture needs for years. Recently we needed service on our couch. Nothing more than a phone call was necessary before Ken and the staff at Flairmont Furniture had my issue resolved. Flairmont staff members showed up to my house, took the part of the couch apart that needed repair and left the rest for us to be able to sit in.
