I walked into my office on a Saturday morning in July. The a/c was not working. I called Michael up and he said he would be over in an hour. He came like he said. He trouble shot very quickly. The a/c was up an running in a day. He had to come back to the office several times to check the evacuation of the unit, which he did and he showed up earlier than stated every time. He is now my HVAC man and I will recommend him to everyone!

I am adding to this review on August 14th, 2019. Upon arriving to the office we noticed it was warm. I tried the breakers and they kept blowing, so I texted Michael at 7:00 am. He replied almost immediately that he would call me back a bit later. He did and then came over and fixed the problem. Somehow the capacitor was blown out. It looked like lightning had hit close by. I had a brand new AC put in the end of last year and so hardly used. When I tried to use it this year, it was not cooling. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls. I called Mike early morning on Friday and he was there after 5 that Friday and fixed my AC and went above and beyond and cleaned up other messes left by the installer from last year. I highly recommend Affinity Service Group. I had been using another company for a while and always felt like I paid too much. Based on the great reviews I tried Affinity since they were also local. I have 2 systems, and had a leak on one of them. Affinity provided me different retrofit options that saved me alot of money. I trust them because for a similar problem with my other unit (several years ago), my previous supplier indicated the entire system needed replacement which would have cost twice as much.
