I walked into my office on a Saturday morning in July. The a/c was not working. I called Michael up and he said he would be over in an hour. He came like he said. He trouble shot very quickly. The a/c was up an running in a day. He had to come back to the office several times to check the evacuation of the unit, which he did and he showed up earlier than stated every time. He is now my HVAC man and I will recommend him to everyone!
I am adding to this review on August 14th, 2019. Upon arriving to the office we noticed it was warm. I tried the breakers and they kept blowing, so I texted Michael at 7:00 am. He replied almost immediately that he would call me back a bit later. He did and then came over and fixed the problem. Somehow the capacitor was blown out. It looked like lightning had hit close by. The tech from the Warranty company said the compressor was gone and had to be replaced. After that he never answered or returned my calls. I called 2 other techs who did not return my calls.
