Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Boonton

Drove about 17 miles to this place to pick up a Doordash Order and get a Coffee for myself. The store could not find the doordash order in their system and the store manager asked for my phone to speak to the doordash rep that I reached out to. I simply said as I handed him my phone, "technical difficulties" That manager, a tall clean shaven Arabic fellow, became rude and disrespectful and condescending and actually yelled at me shouting " be quiet, you talking too much" among other disrespectful expressions. (I said "Technical difficulties") He got even louder when I asked, "what have I done to deserve this disrespect? Why are you disrespecting me?Are you looking at me and judging me because I am a black man? Then, using MY phone which I gave to him To speak to the doordash rep he angrily said to the representative, "Cancel this order. I dont want to fulfill this order!" And handed my phone back to me. I drove about 17 miles to fulfill this order. The order. INJUSTICE COMES IN ALL FORMS.

Ordered through DoorDash today at 3:30pm and ordered a not toasted sourdough breakfast sandwich….they gave me a FULLY frozen sandwich. Uncooked egg, uncooked sausage and uncooked cheese. They took it strait out of the freezer and gave it to me. I called to complain and they told me “NO REFUND because I ordered a non toasted sandwich”

Not toasted means the bread is un-toasted not the entire sandwich. It says “bread” on the toasting option…I never ever had a Dunkin serve me a fully frozen meal as not toasted. I won’t be ordering...

This is the best dunkin around - the staff is always smiling, welcoming and friendly. They are prompt with service and my order is always perfect. My coffee is always delicious and made exactly the way I ordered it. I cannot say enough good things about this location as I've had many awful experiences at others and will only visit this one from now on!

Today a gentleman named Harley greeted me with a smile, took my order, thanked me, told me to have a nice day and made a perfect coffee. Just a great start to...
