Read moreI don't know about Katy's experience but I ordered and received the master classic bullet journal damaged. I sent them a quick email with photos of the damage and asked for some form of assistance or compensation. They informed me they would send a new notebook and to keep the damaged one. I'm sitting pretty with my new notebook and using the damaged one as a sketch pad. It was honestly a more pleasant experience than even Amazon usually gives with a damaged product.
