The Venue At Lenola — Local services in Moorestown Township

Pros- the venue is very nice. Very affordable. Main areas are clean and beautifully kept. Big kitchen. Very blank slate and can be as simple or elaborate as your budget allows. Bridal suite, although very small, is very nice.

Cons- JAMIE IS TERRIBLE! She does not return communication. On the day of my wedding/reception my caterer called and said the convection oven was so dirty it was smoking. Unusable. The sink was dirty and had food and gnats in it from another event. When I arrived the Bridal Suite, that I paid for, was locked. Her employees called her and it took over an hour to reach her. I had to get dressed in a bathroom stall. When she arrived, she argued me down, in my wedding dress that I didn’t book the suite. I said I absolutely did! She then proceeded to tell me I paid in full. I said no that was not me. She had mistaken me for another client. FURIOUS! Can you imagine someone being rude and combative with a bride on her day in her wedding dress! No sorry. Nothing. As a result I have no pics of my dress/shoes in the bridal suite, no before ceremony pics/video because my dress/shoes/bouquet were all supposed to be in the suite. The place was beautiful! The bartenders were extra nice and friendly, i was very upset at the fact that the food came out cold never got my salad, the servers were very unorganized, very young girls didn't know how to serve, then to top it off they ran out of food and half of the guests left the party because waiting for dinner that was never bought out! This was embarrassing to our guests and family, this was my son's wedding we spent a good amount of money for this to happen, i hope my son gets some of his money back! Not a happy mom right now! No one was there to open the venue for us rang the bell knocked on doors no one answered.
