E and B Pawnbroker — Local services in Moorestown Township

I couldn't be happier with E & B. I had never had any interaction with a pawn shop before coming here. My perception came from what I saw in movies (usually dark, dirty, and grungy) or on those popular TV shows (you basically have to come in with a national treasure to walk out with any money and even then it's never what the customer had hoped for). I am glad to say that E & B is neither. The atmosphere is bright and clean and the staff have all been courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I found myself running short on cash in between paychecks (which come monthly) and thought I would pawn my laptop for a small loan to hold me over. I received $60 and was able to pay it back for a small fee over 3 months. However, I was able to pay it back by the first month and I believe the total I paid back was just a few cents over $62. I was amazed! Where else could you borrow $60 for a month and only be charged $2? Is your bank going to hand you out a short term small loan like that; no. Can you imagine taking a cash advance on your credit card; the fee to just withdraw the cash alone would be much greater, not to mention the interest. And don't even get me started on those "pay day" loans; you'll lose your house paying one of those back. So, needless to say, I have been very pleased with the service I have received and I have continued to go back as needed. E & B definitely deserves 5...

Great business. They go above and beyond for there customers. I’ve been dealing with them off and on for some time now, whenever I get in a jam or fall short financially I bring things here to pawn. They make the process very pleasant, with no judgement towards you whatsoever. The last time I went the gentleman even gave me extra money on my pawn knowing from my history that I always come back. I highly recommend you go In and check this place out if your interested in selling or pawning an item!

This afternoon, a friend and I went to visit E&B Pawn. I took in 2 Carson City NGC Graded Morgan Silver dollars. Three Eisenhowers brownies...and 6 graded Silver Eagles. I was looking to get about $1000. After the heavey set individual looked at 1 Morgan, 1 Graded Silver Eagle...this person told me, "Ya know what...I'm not interested in any of this." To be honest, anyone with half a brain and slight common sense, would realize an MS 64 Carson City coin goes for $450...my asking was $375. I can't even go on about the rest, because he was so unreasonable. Whwn I preasured this individual just give me your price for each item...he said, "I'm not interested. Folks, please be smart. There are many others who will treat you fair and offer reasonable value...
