I called on a Saturday late afternoon asking if I could get in same day, the gentleman who answered asked how far of a drive I was and slotted me in for a time I could be there by. He was very friendly.

When I arrived every nail tech was with a customer, even so they graciously brought me back to sit in a massage chair while they finished up other customers. They popped over to start my water and soak. It was very nice of them to be so accommodating last minute, at the end of their day on a Saturday.

The gentleman working on my nails was very kind. When he hit a sensitive spot on my foot he so easily adjusted around the area. He checked for ingrown nails without me asking which was SUPER! He was thorough on the multi step pedicure and meticulous even at the end of their long day.

The massages during the mani and pedi were great. They were not too hard, too soft or painful. It was really perfect and I appreciated that the whole process wasn't rushed. I thought he took care and was present in the task he was performing with a meticulous eye for detail on painting, making sure the hot stones weren't too hot, exfoliation etc.

By the time I was finished up it was 35-55 minutes after closing. I didn't realize when I came in it would be so late for them. Nonetheless you would never know by the caliber of care and time he took. When I banged one of my nails really bad as they were drying he repaired my whole nail and was incredibly kind about the whole thing.

Moved to the area last summer and decided to try. I read all the reviews and was sure it would be a great experience- but I left disappointed. While they appeared to have a lot of polishes to pick from, at closer look, the bottles were not well taken care of - barely having anything in them or sticky with residue.

When I first entered in they told me what chair to go to but that was all I was ever spoken to. I wasn't even told when she finished with the services. Any other place I have been to either provides you with disposable flip flops or helps you get into the ones you came in with. I had my own shoes but she just got up at one point and started working on another customer's manicure without saying anything to me. I took my flip flops and put them on myself - struggling a bit so I wouldn't mess them up and another employee even just watched me. It was very odd and complete lack of friendliness. Tommy at Kim Nail & Spa has been doing my nails for about 6 months now, and I won’t go anywhere else!

The salon is meticulously clean, odor-free, quiet, and relaxing. I have liquid gel nail tips done and Tommy is the only person I will let touch my nails. He is meticulous about shaping and making sure my nails are balanced perfectly. He is an artist with his dremel and my nails come out thin, delicate and natural looking while also staying strong and with zero lifting for 3 weeks between fills.

The care and attention to detail is unmatched. I have never once had a nicked cuticle or drill burn line because Tommy is so careful and gives full attention to his work. He does take his time, so plan to allow a little extra time for your appointment.
