I bought King Adirondack chairs two years ago. Had to be replaced because of color change within a year. Was a great response from LKN patio and they were here in the timeframe they quoted. I happily ordered a matching dining set. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. During this time I realized the Adirondack chairs I had were cracking and leaving parts of the chair sticking out where people would sit. I was able to report this to LKN patio and again they came through with this and replaced the set. I called multiple times after week 8 to check the status of the furniture as I was having a graduation party at our house and wanted the furniture. I was told multiple times it is on the next truck. I was finally offered a non-matching temporary set to use - a 5 piece set to use despite ordering a 7 piece set for the party. I was able to keep this set until mine arrived 24 weeks after it was ordered. The story I got is the order was lost and never went into production. I did speak with the Owner of King furniture and he did admit the order did in fact get lost. 24 weeks we were waiting on our furniture. Once we finally got our furniture it was wrong. Again, King admitted it was their fault were remaking the furniture. After a few weeks (and being told it was "on the next truck") I spoke with King directly and he said the furniture had been ready and he was holding my furniture, that we had already paid for in full, until he was squared away with LKN patio. NOT OK!! Both LKN patio and Kings furniture told me I would get some kind of compensation back for all of my trouble. I reached out to both of them about this weeks later because I had not heard anything from them. I was told I would have a gift card at the front desk at LKN patio and Kings completely ghosted me. Went by to pick up my gift card...guess what nothing there. I waited yet another week for them to get in touch with me about the gift card and I have yet to hear from them. I really don't like putting bad reviews on google but this was worth sharing. I gave them two stars only because I do really like the furniture but it was way overpriced and I know that now but we thought we were buying good quality stuff. I also think they did a good job when it came to getting our Adirondacks replaced (x2). Had I realized the chairs were going to splinter like they did I would not have ordered this dining set. Time will tell if this stuff holds up. I don't feel like anyone cared that I had waited this long for the furniture. Every time I called I got "let me call Kings" and see what is going on. If this were my company I would be on them every day until it got here. Not very happy with this experience and the amount of frustration this with calling every week or two. We called weeks later and all of a sudden it was out of stock and he had to go pick a new material (they never informed us till we called).
