Horrible 1st time experience here at fitness 19. Super unprofessional . I Went in there to check out the new promotion 50 bucks for life asked a few questions and was told there was other charges like 250 down and 50 bucks a month not 50 bucks for life! I simply said maybe you guys should add the details and the advertising sign and the lady who was helping me out young Hispanic woman seemed unhappy about my comments so in the middle of her so-called customer service she walks away bothered so I asked the Asian gentleman next to her who butted in before I can ask maybe that detail should be included and I was on my way out the door when I look back and noticed he was laughing at me so I walked back in and brought it to his attention how unprofessional they were and I asked for a manager and coincidentally there was no manager on site. He said the manager's name was David. So I told the Asian gentleman that his coworker was unprofessional she walked away right in the middle of helping us which she wasn't even any help at all and then I asked him about him laughing at potential customers and then he looked confused and apologized. Very very bad first impression on fitness 19 and their establishment here in Moreno valley California on Iris Ave and Perris boulevard. I will not be coming back for any information I will not recommend anybody to this gym the level of professionalism was at its lowest. It was awkward and I feel like I was treated not only as a outsider but less than. I wish I could have took pictures of their faces when they look so dumbfounded about me confronting them about their customer service skills which were not there! I'll stick to LA fitness where everybody is kind and professional! Hopefully their management sees this and brings that to their attention cuz if their front desk people do this I'm sure every employee probably has the same level of professionalism which is really low! If you want to laugh at people and walk away in the middle of them asking questions you shouldn't be working front desk customer! Who knows maybe it was their first job and they have no experience but they will have to learn what good customer service but great customer service I don't think they'll ever get there! I hope the whole city and more sees this and really thinks twice about signing up here if they treat people like this at fitness 19 in Moreno valley on Iris Ave...
Read moreI. Initially was hesitant to become a member because I was used to the The Camp Transformation atmosphere...no machines except row or bicycle. I walked in and noticed their turf battle ropes kettlebell etc then all the machines! I knew I had to start somewhere being itâs been over a year since I been near a gym. I spoke with Alex & became a member..I never used a machine so I was pretty intimidated Thankfully my friend Barbara was familiar & shared her knowledge. I felt like I needed a push & noticed the trainers...spent a few weeks observing them & their ways with their clients! Barbara & I decided to do the complimentary session & Alex paired us up with Matt. The 30 min session had us sore for 2 plus days. I was thinking to myself I need this in order to reach my goals & get back to where I was a year ago!! Letting myself go wasnât my intention but neither was almost loosing my dad whom was on life support so I was stress eating!! I then made the decision too ask Matt if he would train weekly with me..this was my first week with him & I like to call it a fitness beat down because he keeps you motivated focused and doesnât let you quit!! Just when you think he may not be paying attention he really is and will correct you or say nope 2 more lol I have become more connected with my fitness goals mentally physically & emotionally. If your looking for a gym that is very interactive engaging and supportive in all your fitness needs than fitness 19 is your gym! If your looking for a trainer that always has your best interest in mind ask for Matt!
All the staff are amazing and very welcoming. I donât know what your doing right now but if you havenât...

Tell me how the hell am I supposed to give a 30 day notice to you for a membership to a gym this is not a house I didnât agree to paying an extra 30 dollars when I signed up, youâd need to cancel the first or second day you got the membership and they definitely didnât mention it up front maybe in the one of the 10 emails they sent me that I didnât read for useless information
donât have a cancellation fee but you canât cancel it when you want, and I definitely didnât sign any documents agreeing to it đ
Fine print, just to suck the little money out of the poor manâs hand and into the millionaire dollar corporations pocket
When I go to an establishment I donât expect to have to put in a lot of work and jump through hoops to cancel my membership, beware their no fee sign on because they will shank you with the sign off fee for an extra month of a gym you will not be using
they even lied saying I had to come cancel my membership when it was on the website, to try to get me to waste my gas to come to that location
I donât live in the area and if I did again I wouldnât go back they have enough...
