Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Service not good, I specifically ordered a big cheese combo with no sauce and well done, ended up getting extra sauce and not well done, as I wanted. Young lady at drive through window also rude, not to mention at times they ask for ID when using credit card and other times they don’t. Don’t mind if that’s a policy, well understood, but get the crew together and let them all know it’s a must every single time. Called and talked with Alma the manger, oh my goodness,. So rude and unprofessional, she put me on hold for a long time, another woman came back on phone claiming she was a manager as well, had no idea what was going on and asked me to explain all over what the issue was. I expressed the issue again and told her I was going to call the owner the advise of their poor customer service and her reply was.. “ go ahead, that’s fine” as if she knows the owner himself doesn’t care if orders are correct or not, and horrible service from management as well. I honestly can’t believe how these rude managers continue to be allowed to handle customers in such a bad manner. They should consider cleaning house and replacing them ASAP!. I wouldn’t mind waiting a little longer at drive thru as long as my order...

This Farmer Boys should be ashamed of themselves, they advertise FRESH, WRONG AND WRONG. Went through the drive through and had requested cardboard box, went to get and it was in a bag. Told her again, a cardboard box, again it was wrong, she put it in those new plastic container. You could ring out the oil in the fries and the party melts were greasy and soggy. This was our 3rd try in the last 2 months. The 1st and 2nd times weren't good. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the chef had an bad day. Looks like none of the chef (using this term loosely) had a good day. We will not be back. When they opened, years ago, they were very good, I don't know what happened, but they have gone DOWNHILL, and have not come back up at all. It’s funny how the night manager treated me. We ordered $90 worth of food and they got most of it wrong! On door dash it asked if we didn’t want tartar sauce or malt vinegar. We wanted both.We got two orders of fish and 1 tartar sauce and no malt vinegar. We did get 10 ranch dressings! The burger the” Bacon Boy” came with out bacon! We ordered buy one get one free French fries and only got one. The night of January 6th 2025 about 6:30. I asked her if she didn’t care if she lost a costumer. She didn’t seem to care. I am on oxygen so it’s a little tough going into the restaurant for me as you can probably guess! We usually go there during The Lenten season but I’m thinking that we will find a different place to get fish! I gave 1 star but I would’ve preferred no stars! Cold fish and cold fries! Not very appetizing! Sorry...
