DON'T EVE DON'T EVER GO TO this Dell, TACO AGAIN. This is why My order was wrong I had to drive back to this Del taco the employee snatched the bag from me I asked her why she did that she started arguing that she didn't didn't no apologize. I asked for a large, strawberry lemonade for the compensation. She told me no, that the drink was the most expensive drink they had but I can have a soda then she proceeded to go back and find my receipt REALLY then she proceeded to say, they don't do compensation there, after going around with her fine I'll give it to you this one time. She gave me a small one WOW I called back asked for the employee name. The lady who said she's the manager asked me why did I want her name I said I don't have to tell you We're not allowed to give out names anymore because employees are threatened, that's why we stop wearing name tags I said other employees had on name tags she said it had to be a manager I said ok let me talk to her or her name she REFUSED again but you said only managers can wear name tags so give me her name she REFUSED again we're in the same sentence. She says, I just got here I don't know what's going on. Okay, let me talk to the manager who was there she REFUSED again I drove back there the lady who was absolutely disrespectful and this manager rodriguez, she said her name was, arguing with me they all RUN into the back and left only 2 employes I said i need to speak with them employee and manager they said they all left which is a lie only one came out she had nothing to do with this my friend was in the car and I saw as well her leaving with a man driving off This was horrible treatment of a customer. I know, Del Taco doesn't want there employees to treat customers like this. Everything I'm saying is on there cameras. THIS took place ON 10/1/24 BETWEEN 10PM to11:30 PM . Arguing, unapologetic acting like children hiding in the back, they stop answering their phone. They lied about everything I have never seen anything like this BLATANT LIES especially the name tagsTHAT THEY DON'T WEAR NAME TAGS ONLY MANAGERS. I CALLED SEVERAL. DEL TACOS AND A CORPORATE, CORPORATE CONFIRMED ...

This location is a rip-off my most recent visit they missed A LOT of items.

My most recent visit (in the drive-thru) was such a waste of my time and money. Mind you , there were only 2 cars in the drive thru was with myself included….

I ordered between $35-$40 worth of food and though I thought I checked the bag for all my items, when I got home I found 4 items missing (roughly $8-&10 worth of food).

I worked a 16-hour shift before offering food from this Del Taco in Moreno Valley off Perris Blvd… I was ordering the food for myself and my grandparents who live on the other side of town.

After calling the location to let them know $10 worth of food was not in my bag, they told me to come back or (but honestly whoever goes all the way back) bring the receipt on my next visit so they can give me my items…

Anyways I lost the receipt and I know it’s only $10 but seriously imagine ALL the people this happens to. I know I’m not the only one (shown by other comments).

This location is consistently STEALING money from people like myself who miss 2-5 items on every visit and lose the receipt before being able to claim the rest of the order…

My reason for giving this #MorenoValleyDelTaco a 0-star review is mainly because my grandfather was very disappointed with 2 of the items that were supposed to be his. He’s 79 y/o and his sister JUST passed away we’ve had a hard time getting his to eat and this was supposed to help but instead, it was just a horrible Fast Food experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I have the service 3 stars because I ordered 2 del combo burritos which is supposed to be 2 for 7 dollars but i was charged wrong. The cashier ended up charging me 4.79 plus tax for each burrito. So when I got up to drive tru window to pay I informed the cashier that I had been charged the wrong price. The cashier fixed the mistake but I am still frustrated by it because the next time I went to del taco I went to a different location and ordered the same thing and again the cashier charged me wrong by charging me 4.79 plus tax for each burrito instead of charging me the two del combo burritos deal 2 for $ 7. So this makes me wonder how many other times did the cashier charge me the wrong price. I say that because I usually order the 2 del combo burritos or del beef burritos which is supposed to be 2 for 7. Not only am I frustrated but I am also worried because if I am being charged the wrong price then how many other people are being charged the wrong price. And my other worry make me think is the cashier doing this purposely so the can pocket money or is it an honest mistake. I'm thinking it's done on purpose because it happened to me at 2 different locations. I plan to write into the local newspaper in Riverside, ca about this and emailing the local TV news station as well. . I would like to see corporate del taco do something about this.
