IHOP — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I called this particular location because it’s close to my home there was one lady there who was always super nice however the rest were not and not to mention tgey gave bit answered their phone to even accept a phone order because some options aren’t online to add or substitute if you don’t consume pork. So I called 9 times and no answer from this place so I had to have my husband go to Perris where the pick up of the phone and responsiveness was extremely excellent. A man there told me how much a waffle was and when I replied that was a lot and wanted to still patronize the business of IHOP please let these be seen and taken in by there corporation I was given no option to order a junior waffle to even allow me to still get breakfast be appeased and help a customer out he simply sat on the phone and allowed me to say ok sir. Left in awww and telling people that it was too high for a waffle at ihop I wasn’t given the opportunity to even be able to order something cheaper and less it is people out here that cannot consume large amounts of food due to stomach issues surgery’s health problems and limits on how much you can consume and so for that ihop worker to answer a phone and not give a option was wrong. PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IHOP CORPORATION ESPECIALLY IF PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO PATRONIZE YOUR BUSINESS BUT NOT...

Very disappointed! I've been going to the IHOP in Perris for years and visited a couple other including one in Riverside and I've never been disappointed before. Even if we had to wait 20 mins. We got seated right away but in the first 5 mins when my husband tried to go out to get something from the car he encountered a locked exit door that strictly says it must remain open during business hours. We saw customers doing the same thing a few times. Besides waiting a long time for our food(the place wasn't even 1/4 full) it was horribly hot. The family behind us were complaining also, so I asked our server which she said it was as low as it goes. She did close the blinds to offer us some shade but it was still hot. The manager approached us and gave us 20% off for the inconvenience and offer to move us but we were basically done and sticky by that time. When I asked about the door being locked she said it was kept that way because they have problems with "bums" walking in. I couldn't believe it! Let me get to the food, not the best I've had but better than the experience we had. One thing for sure we will NOT be going back. I rather drive a little more and go out of my way to enjoy my food and time...

It wasnt busy when we got here. The food was okay I guess. The service not so great. We waited 40 minutes to get our omelette and pancakes. The 2 people that entered after us were done with their breakfast before we even got ours. He fiished his drink and we waited about 15 minites for his refill. When we got our order, our waitress brought out strawberry French toast instead of the strawberry pancakes and a mocha iced coffee instead of the Vanilla iced coffee he ordered. We weren't even done eating and the waitress came up and said "Excuse me, can you pay me? I have to go and clock out. I'm going to get in trouble. So can you pay me? Or are you going to the other person that's going to come?" So she obviously wanted her tip, but she could have said it differently instead of being so rude. She's lucky we even tipped her for giving us the wrong items and for being rude. We will never come back to this Ihop again since the service sucked and the food wasn't...
