My wife and I recently remodeled our house, which required the need for new bedroom and living room furniture/accessories. Low Cost Furniture Outlet in Moreno Valley was highly recommended to us by a friend. We were very reluctant to come here due to the long driving distance (about an hour and a half for us), but it was worth it. We were paired up with a very welcoming and patient salesman, Nabil and his wife Iman. Their customer service is top notch. They walked us through all of the options, even asked to see a picture of our current bedroom and living room to ensure the color scheme and design matched the furniture.
We knew what we were looking for based on shopping around for the highest quality and best price furniture in our area before coming here, however, the bedroom and living room sets we saw were very expensive. Nabil showed us several furniture catalogs and found us similar furniture sets by another company for almost half the price. He assured us they would be excellent quality and that we would be happy with them. Iman explained the different finance options and the layaway process. So, we ordered the furniture sets.
We received them about 5 days later, which was a day or two sooner than expected. They were FANTASTIC! The sets bring us joy everyday we use them and we also get lots of compliments from guests. Their delivery and assembly staff were excellent, punctual, professional and very accommodating.
From the beginning to the end of this process, we couldn't be happier. Nabil was perfect and everyone we dealt with there was wonderful. If you want quality furniture/furnishings, this is the place to go. Nabil is my star salesman there.

The mattress that was delivered to my home very bad quality and not the one I have paid for so I contacted Tony / salesman right away to bring it to his attention. He stated that to go ahead and keep the mattress and they will have someone pick it up whenever they had a truck available. I refused to keep it because I didnt want them to think that Imy daughter was going to sleep on the mattress so I ended up taking the mattress back to the store the same day. Upon arrival as I was unloading the mattress both Nabil & Tony were surprised to see me bringing it back. I mentioned how the mattress is very poor quality then Tony / salesman blurs out WHAT DO WANT FOR $200 DOLLARS?? I then politely asked for a refund, right away both Nabil & Tony told me that the store does not have $200 to refund because it's a slow day in sales so I would have to call or come by later to see if they have the refund available. I was ok with that until days became weeks then weeks became months!! I was exhausted with trying and trying!! So I decided to wait one day for the store to open the salesman Tony said that he would refund me the $200 dollars on Sunday Feb.18th then he shook my hand and gave me his word that he would refund me the money. Since he didn't answer the phone on Sunday I finally decided that my last attempt was today February 19th. When I arrived at Low Cost Outlet and asked Tony for the refund that he had promised me, as he walked away from me he said to ask Nabil / owner. When I asked Nabil for my refund he replied I don't give refunds I then asked him why do you feel you can rip me off and keep me waiting all this time?? He then points at a sign on his wall stating no refunds. I told him how wrong he was for treating your customers like this and that I would contact BBB regarding this incident.    Read moreTHEY CHARGE EXTRA TO DISPOSE OF YOUR OLD FURNITURE, so if they try to say that the disposal is included with the delivery fee? Theyâre lying. Just got my couches delivered today and they specifically stated that the $75 included the delivery and disposal when we initially made the purchase. That was a lie. They brought my couches up and then asked for the $75, but my old couches were still in the living room with my new ones. So I asked, arenât you taking the old couches?â The guys said, âIf you want us to take them, thatâll be an extra $100 on top of the $75 because they charge at the dump.â Then I said, âNo, from my understanding, when we ordered the couches and spoke with the manager, he said that the $75 included the disposal.â Of course, they said, âNo, thatâs an additional fee.â Long story short, we got $80 back because we went to the store to complain to the person that stated the $75 included the disposal. They know they were in the wrong. Be careful out there and look up the types of ways these furniture sellers try to get you. They take advantage of customers. Also, to add, they were disrespectful with discarding our personal information and plastic from the couches.
