Bicycle Express — Local services in Moretown

I've been using this shop for about 4 years. They always have time to give me answers about what's going on with my bike. I just bought a Ebike from them. I had been shopping online for a new one and priced the ones on Bicycle Express's site. I took a ride down to talk to Noah get his feedback.. I told Noah I wanted to get my bike from them but I couldn't spend what the new ones cost on their site. He asked me what I was looking to spend and found me a great deal on a new Scott He emailed me the bike details. I was able to look at the bike and read about what was posted about it on the Web. Recently purchased a Pivot Switchblade from Bicycle Express and would recommend anyone in the market for a high-end bike (or maintenance) to come see these guys.

I love that I can walk in the shop at any time and for any reason (I had many!) and I can get immediate and expert help. I worked with 4 different guys throughout my buying journey, which at first gave me pause, but they always seemed to know exactly who I was and never skipped a beat. I was also relieved to learn that they would help box up and ship my old bike, as I had just sold it online - what a relief!

I live in Burlington and have a handful of shops within a stone's throw, but I choose to drive the 30 minutes to Bicycle Express because I know I'll get a solid, consistent, and trustworthy experience every time. Bicycle Express went above and beyond to get my fork serviced when no seal kits were available for them to order. They shipped my fork directly to Rock shox for service and rock shox even covered new lowers for my 3 year old fork under warranty. In the final shipment back to me my fork was somehow lost in the UPS system. Bicycle Express did everything they could to find my fork but it was nowhere to be found. Bicycle Express sent me a brand new Rock Shox fork exact model that came on my bike that I purchased from them.
