Been working outside Morgan City and was initially tempted to just go and make the drive to Lafayette. However, I am glad I tried (small town)smaller store first. Will admit I walked in the doors not expecting much but thought I have to make the effort before driving 1.5 hrs. As usual Iâm pretty skeptical and anticipate bad service from unfamiliar businesses. Went in for upgrade from 7s to iPhone X. As an associate told me they didnât have any 256 gb. In stock, my thoughts immediately were âWhy would you have phones, your only a phone storeâ. The associate / technician said she would call me when they had one in. I rolled my eyes and sarcastically said âthanksâ (for nothing) as I left the store never expecting to hear from anyone again. But to my EXTREME SURPRISE Less than 10 minutes after leaving the store I received a call back and was informed that the iPhone X 256 gb. Would there first thing in the AM and would have all color options available. So myself being the eternal skeptic I miserably trudged through the rainy/ cold weather to arrive exactly and 9am and Iâm excited to say I had a very pleasant experience. I definitely Was not expecting the level of service and attention in a smaller town store so it was a welcomed surprise. Even after a few minutes when other customers arrived the associate made sure to greet everyone and she would explain the situation( one of the techs had an emergency and called in) and was at one point in time handling 4 customers at one time all pleased from what I could tell at the service they were getting and no one was overlooked or ignored. I will most definitely be back for service or purchases at his location in the future. In closing if you have any issues or are just looking to upgrade you will not be disappointed with Verizon in Morgan City.    Read moreSwitched from one cell provider to Verizon in October 2018, we traded in a phone and didnât see the trade in credit and contacted this store(the one who sent the trade in) and worked with Rachelle who was looking into in. After MANY failed attempts to get her on the phone, I went to the store and talked to her and she found an email from a month prior stating the request was denied and she resubmitted everything again. I then waited 2 weeks to contact her to see if she heard back and still was not able to talk to her. Left many messages with other employees asking for her to return my call and she finally sent a txt saying she was still waiting...after waiting another week, I tried contacting her again and left messages with another employees to have her call me back and still no response. I even called the store many times in a row and no answer and had to call from another number just to get SOMEONE to answer the phone, and of course, Rachelle was not available again. Trying to get information on when we will get the $300 credit is near impossible. I am not happy with the customer service at this...
