Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Morgan City

Love love love the food, but terrible service. I usually don't write reviews on places just because I know what it is like, and I've been in the position of the fast food industry. But the service here is just awful. The young lady who took my order just had an incredibly ugly attitude with me while I was giving my order, and attitude for no reason. It's the second time since my last visit about a month, and I have a huge feeling it is the same young lady. I did not go at a busy time of day, there was literally one vehicle next to mine in the drive-in station and maybe 2 in the drive-thru. And to top it all off, of course, my order was wrong. Sonic really needs to get it together and quit hiring those who doesn't even want to work, and continue with the ones who actually want...

Morgan City,La. Usually good food. Ordered a fish sandwich, came out took bite all could taste burnt bread. Opened up sandwich whole bun burnt. Car hop came over seen sandwich apologized and I also mentioned had asked for extra tartar sauce showed him barely any. So he went and had them remake. Second one comes out, weighs about twice as much first sandwich. Sandwich drenched in sauce, call out for Manager showed them sandwich, Manager made excuses for cooks. Told manager that it was done on purpose, that as a manager need to step up allowing food out to customers that is nasty. Offered a different entree, but lunch was over and everybody was...

So at the beginning of this month I had major surgery and have been on bed rest. My dad has been the one making the trips to Morgan City to order Sonic for my autistic son. I never noticed it until this afternoon when I was looking through the receipts I was overcharged three separate times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick with extra marinara sauce, a 3 piece chicken tenders, the tenders only , a large Coke and one corndog. On that one receipt they charged me for the # 10 meal with large sides. It shows on all my receipts. Can't find the receipt from in between these two orders but my Whitney Bank account shows...
