Had the worst experience I have ever had at a vape store. Normally the staff are eager to help, but he was rude from the beginning we asked him a question. Also, he was unable to kindly articulate why we were considered a double sale and ended up telling us "its called a job". We were asking questions as we were confused because any other time we have went there has been no consideration of a double sale. We were confused about the lack of uniform practices so we thought we would ask. I myself have had to deny people who were 21 alcohol who did not have their ID's at a liqour store, but I would never be rude and disrespectful to a paying customer for not understanding why the store does not have a uniform policy. I have never experienced a worker screaming at me as we were leaving, nor would I ever do that to a confused customer unable to purchase our product. You would assume this person would have assured us that if we came back with the other ID he would be able to continue the sale, but he instead chose to have a continuous negative tone and demeanor throughout the experience. A grown working man who I am trying to complete a transaction with telling me "its called a job" rather than explaining further how we should go about a purchase when we did have all the means necessary baffles me. Never rude, or disrespectful, as I was reading some of the reviews, I have worked for a gas station for about 10 years, most of the stores I have been into usually have signs that inform people that such card is needed to continue the process of business.
