After several tries at this Pizza Hut I won't be back. I have visited this restaurant three times for the lunch buffet, each time it gets a little worse. On my last visit the dining area was about 1/4 full of men. There were 5 tables of grown men, about 14 total in several different groups. All coming in a different times. I just happened to be the first to arrive. When I arrived there was minimal pizza on the buffet, a few pieces of some veggie pizza, 1/2 of a thick cheese pizza and one full dessert pizza. I was a little early so the buffet wasn't in full swing yet. I made a salad and sat down. They brought out a pepperoni and supreme. I got a piece of pepperoni and sat back down. The lunch rush, consisting of grown men entered in several groups and wiped out all of the pizza on the buffet, except the 1/2 thick cheese because most grown men don't eat cheese pizza. After about 10 minutes and a few more grown men entering the restaurant they bring out a few pizzas. I don't know what they were because they were gone in about 2 seconds since there were about 14 hungry grown men in the restaurant. The only thing still on the buffet is that 1/2 of a thick cheese pizza. There's no other pizza coming out of the oven. After another 10 minutes they bring out 3 medium pizzas. A burnt pepperoni, a 1/2 meat lovers -1/2 veggie thing with mushrooms all over it, and 1/2 cheese - 1/2 cheese/mushroom pizza. Guess what get's wiped out immediately? The 1/2 of the pizza that was meat lovers and all the burnt pepperoni. Guess what sits there? The other stuff without any meat and with mushrooms all over it plus the OTHER 1/2 of a cheese pizza that no one wanted. We still had the 1/2 cheese out there. Obviously, it wasn't a hot ticket item. Don't make more of it! What happened to beef pizza? Canadian Bacon? Sausage? Stuff grown men eat? Why the cheese and mushroom combo? No one requested it because it just sat there. I barely got a small slice of pepperoni and then finally left. People are literally standing looking into the kitchen to see if they will bring out more pizza. None is on the way. All of the dessert pizza is gone by this time as well. It's noon by now, so the lunch rush is in full swing. There's no excuse not to have a full buffet ready to go. My previous visit was similar, but the restaurant only had about 6 people total. We had a small wait, but not too bad. I like Pizza Hut pizza so I thought I'd give it one more shot. But this visit was the last time I spend $10 for a salad and two small slices...
Read moreI paid for 2 garlic sauces and 2 Ranch sauces and did not get them. Yes I know it's only $2, but still....When I picked up my order there was zero other people there so I do not understand this. Also, I used my rewards points for wings and they could not make wings that day, not the employees fault, and they tried to make it right, but points to value it was not made right. So for $38 I got 2 pizzas, brownies, and breadsticks (not the cheese kind). The employees were great and very friendly. Like I said...not their fault. They are employees not owners. This is not the first time I have paid for something and not gotten it from Pizza Hut. I'm not rich. I can't afford to just give my money that I work for to you. The Pizza Hut owners may be struggling but I am positive they are not struggling as much as I am.The owners need to get it together. Everyone loves Pizza Hit and Morrilton keeps losing every business so please get it together. I didn't even want to post this because Morrilton seems to have hit the snooze button. I spend my money here as much as possible!! Where is Kroger, Catos, Hibbert Sports, Greers, Arrow, Levi's, ICT, Cogswell Motors etc... What is happening???? These problems were before Covid!! Is this town dead or dying or what? I like this place so I hope someone will figure out how to keep it going. Losing Kroger was a big deal!!!! We need some other store that can keep Walmart in check. I don't want to live in a town where Walmart is the only option. They are okay when necessary, but I don't want to go in there for every day stuff. Also, where are our other businesses?? All I see is Dollar Stores going up near or close to every Kroger, Sonic, Fred's etc... that goes down and I'm not interested in...
Read moreI ordered a pizza at 6:44...actually over $30 worth of pizza tonight. I received a call at 7:10 and a really nice lady told me that it would be an additional 30 minutes bc they were out of cinnamon rolls which was fine. Fast forward to 8:15, and I call to politely ask for an estimate for how long it would be until I get my order...I was told that it was going out in the next few minutes. 6:21 I get a call back from Pizza Hut saying that my order was canceled bc there was “a problem with my card” and I’d have to use another one..to which I told them I’m looking at my account and explained that I have a debit from Pizza Hut for the amount of my purchase. The manager, Taylor, then said it wasn’t the card, but that they actually canceled my order bc when the tried to call about the wait on cinnamon rolls “no one answered”....he would have to run my card again for my food. I told him that I will not run my card a second time bc the money has already been drafted. This guy actually hung up the phone. He.hung.up.the.phone. I called back and he said he will not be yelled at...I never once yelled. This store has issues, and it seems that it comes from the top. When I asked for the franchisee office number, he told me that she hangs up on customers too. They’re sending out the pizza “for free” he said...even though my checking account has been debited for the amount of my purchase... I have never had an experience like this...
