Wish I could give her one star. The first appointment went decently though I found her a bit abrasive. She spent the appointment behind her computer while asking about a million questions. I went for blood work and an MRI and was back four weeks later. I arrived fifteen minutes early and wasn't taken back until 45 minutes after my appointment time!! While waiting I listened to the office staff talk badly about the doctors and other patients. I also watched people go in before me, supposedly for flu shots though they were back there for quite a while. Once she finally saw me (an hour late) I got no apology. She started asking me the same questions we had gone over a month earlier. I found that so impersonal and frustrating because it would have taken her two minutes to quickly review my chart and remember why I was there. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with my blood work, though I had seen it myself and knew there was. She had started me on a new diet at the initial appointment and it hadn't changed anything. She told me that was my own fault and that obviously I was doing something wrong. It was only after basically begging for a prescription that she wrote me one for thyroid meds, told me to get more tests done, and basically closed the door on me as she ushered me out of the exam room. On my way home from the appointment I received a phone call from the office. I picked it up thinking it was important. It was Dr. Renna stating she was returning my call from forty minutes earlier about eye medication. I said "40 minutes ago I was in your office speaking to you and I don't take anything for my eyes as I have 20/20." She proceeded to tell me I must have called because her receptionist had told her to call me back. She refused to acknowledge it was a mistake from their office and was beyond rude the entire time. I been going to Dr Renna for many years now. 10 plus years. The older I get and as the years go by, the more I admire, appreciate and love her ! I feel so blessed being under her care. I have never met such an amazing, caring and loving Dr like her. Someone who understands me , who truly cares about me and my well being. Dr Renna always goes above and beyond for me and all my medical needs. She makes me feel at peace and makes my life easier every time I need to see her. She’s always so attentive and always on top of all my labs , follow ups and my health. Thank you Dr Renna for being such a beautiful , caring and loving soul. Two cancellations ! No Followup ! I am without words ! Needed someone with tlc !! I had vertigo office wouldn’t let me in had to go to hospital who was shocked. No Followup A year later made appt and they cancelled and Followup none. But I did go to office to see Marta Meyers. She didn’t even come close to me to examine me after a hospital visit !
