Best Western Plus Morristown Inn — Hotel in Morristown

If you want a great night's sleep, you will get that here. The beds are comfortable and we slept wonderfully for all four nights. The rooms may look a little dated, but they're absolutely clean. We did not have any maintenance issues with anything, and the TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker were all in working order. We have traveled a lot and have stayed at many different hotels, and there have been many times when we woke up with back aches and headaches because we simply could not get a decent night's sleep, but we got good rest EVERY night here which is the most important thing to us.

The location is ideal and close to pretty much everything in Morristown.

Raymond, who was working the front desk, is so nice and ready to take care of you and make sure everything is as you like it. In fact, all of the hotel staff are super nice.

The breakfast experience is mostly a lot of carbohydrates, but Winston makes it special, and he will help you make your waffles and point out anything you may need. If you want a more well-rounded breakfast, there are many great restaurants nearby that have a wider selection for breakfast to include more protein and hot selections like bacon and eggs, omelettes, and healthy choices, too.

I recommend you bring two things, and these are things you should have any time you're traveling: earplugs to keep out the noise if there is a dog running around and barking in the room next to you and a bottle of Febreze so you can deodorize your room and shower curtain of any lingering odors.

For three of the four nights, the hotel was extremely quiet. Saturday night was a little noisy, but the hotel was booked solid.

While this review may seem a bit like a backhanded compliment, it's meant to let you know not to be too picky and to enjoy your stay as we did because you really will have a good experience. When we return to Morristown, we certainly will...

My stay at the Best Western Plus in Morristown, NJ was just what I needed after a long day on the road from Washington DC with a big crew. The hospitality was spot on and front desk was extremely kind and courteous upon arrival especially at 1am. We were very pleased and comfortable in our rooms and felt safe given the location of the hotel. Even with the hotel being very busy this night they had ample parking and there were zero disruptions.

Breakfast was worth the price of admission. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food and coffee were! Housekeeping are nice folks and really went out of their way to help us with all of our requests.

This is by far the nicest Best Western I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Incredibly comfy beds, beautiful and spacious bathrooms, and lovely art throughout the building. Morristown has been called "the military capital of the American Revolution" because of its strategic role in the war for independence from Great Britain so there are loads of George Washington murals and other Revolutionary scenes throughout the hotel. The town itself is quite quaint and worth spending some time while there if at all possible.

We are from VA but stayed at the Best Western while our son had surgery and was hospitalized at Morristown Medical Center. The hotel staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, parking is easy, and the location is great. The fitness room is clean and equipped with everything you need....even a Peloton bike! 😊 Our son was in quite a bit of pain as we were checking out and we were totally flustered. I’m embarrassed to admit we forgot his laptop (necessary for virtual high school), some school books, and my flat iron and curling iron. We still have no idea how that happened 🤦🏼‍♀️ We were out to lunch! We checked out on Wednesday but didn’t realize the items were missing until the following Tuesday when we got back to VA. I called the hotel and spoke to Andrea who was amazingly helpful. They had the items in the lost and found!! She kindly shipped them to us overnight. We couldn’t believe it!! It was a brand new laptop we are sure would’ve “disappeared” at many other hotels. We are very thankful for the honesty and integrity displayed by the Best Western at Morristown staff and for Andrea’s assistance. At least we...
