Weigel's Travel Center — Local services in Morristown

The store is clean, we'll stocked and good variety of hot and cold food with large beverage selection and a beer cave. I asked a lady if they had BBQ sauce and she just stared at me and pointed angrily and I didn't see where she was indicating. I proceeded to tell her I was sorry, I didn't see it. She once again gave me a dirty look and aggressively pointed again. She never moved from where she was standing. I asked her if she could speak and a VERY KIND older gentleman came up and assisted me. I asked hom if she could speak, and he said yes, shes usually always talking. The BBQ sauce was literally across the food island on the other side in squeeze bottles which were in another container. It was neatly impossible to see. How was her lack of communication or desire to move supposed to show me like that? I am glad he walked up when he did because I was getting ready to give her a piece of my mind. The lady checking me out was not very polite either. Ridiculous behavior by any human regardless of age. The gentleman needs a raise because he quickly saw the situation and came to the rescue. The chicken dippers were great though. The truck fuel island is across a side street...

I saw advertisements on the highway for diesel at that location . The price on the sign said $4.95 . We pull in to get diesel and the price is $5.09. So I call up and ask what's the idea here? That location doesn't have that price . So I look them on this site and it says their diesel is $4.96! So we drove on and don't believe their billboards. I think is false advertising and gauging. They wiggle out fair prices . We won't go back . The manager called me up , and gave me a lecture on truck diesel and car diesel . The truck plaza on exit 8 has the fuel for $4. 95 . The one we are there price is $5.09 . I just want to clarify. I don't appreciate the manager calling me up and schooling me about truck diesel and car diesel .A Travel Plaza is a travel plaza. Diesel is diesel car or truck . The difference is the size of the pump nozzle. I will reiterate that this site says diesel $4.96 but they wiggle out of that by stating 24 hours ago .So...

Absolutely a disgrace to the Weigel's name. This has to be a high traffic store so you would think they would be prepared. Store employees do not give right away to customers and completely cut them off without saying, "Excuse me. The bathrooms had no toilet paper. None! There were plenty of hot dogs on the roller but only 3 extremely hard buns in the warmer. It's 11:30 am and the food station is not stocked. The lottery is outside! You can not see the available tickets unless you walk outside in front of the door. Busiest walking traffic, and you're going to place the lottery options right in front? "Manager," I am guessing, was extremely rude. I'm amusing this was the manager as she had her face glued to a computer screen. But by all means, don't walk next to her. She'll cut you off like you're an annoyance. This location used to be great a few years ago. Looks like new management is very inexperienced or just frankly...
