I recently attended an event at Invisalign Arena, and it was a fantastic experience! The arena is modern, clean, and well-designed, making it a great place to watch a game or concert. The seating is comfortable, and the layout ensures that you have a good view from pretty much anywhere. The sound and lighting systems are top-notch, enhancing the overall experience.
One of the best parts about Invisalign Arena is the wide range of amenities available. There are plenty of food and drink options, with something to satisfy everyone’s taste. The lines move quickly, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when attending large events.
Parking at the arena is convenient and well-organized. There are plenty of spaces, and the attendants do a great job directing traffic, making it easy to get in and out. The arena is also easily accessible from major roads, so getting there was a breeze.
Overall, Invisalign Arena is a top-notch venue for any event. The facilities are excellent, the staff are helpful, and the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable. Whether you're going for a sports game, a concert, or any other event, you’re sure to have a great time. I highly recommend it and look forward to...
Read moreThe managers (ie: Mrs. Cindy Zijlstra and Mr. Michael Baxter) at this site are RUDE, CRUDE, and/or UNRESPONSIVE. Being a dental specialist, I have no idea why a reputable company like ALIGN TECHNOLOGY would align themselves, especially as SPONSORS, with this type of organization. We've been emailing and calling Cindy Zijlstra (manager that oversees Polar Ice Rinks in the Triangle, and Michael Baxter) for over a month with NO RESPONSE. The responses we did get a few months ago (from Mrs. Zijlstra...Mr. Baxter ghosted us) were less than helpful, could be described as adversarial, a deliberate pain in the rear end. Do your self a favor and avoid the Polar Ice rinks, their unprofessional management, and their sponsors to include ALIGN TECHNOLOGY. We will be going outside the Triangle to get some ice time with a rink that is managed by professional,...
Read moreWow, what a disappointing experience. Not only were the group lessons incredibly underwhelming but pricy. They also sell the program with perks like "free, public skating" however more than half of the free skating times we're canceled due to other events or during normal school hours?!
The teachers are all very young and not impressive. I could do a better job teaching my children. In fact, the one day we did skate as a family my daughter learned more with me than she did the entire program.
The makeup policy is also laughable. We had sick kids and spring break and we were unable to complete our makeups and now we had to forfeit the lessons. Way over priced and not worth your time!! You are better off taking your kids and teaching them yourselves!
The facility is new and clean, only reason it's getting a star.
