I took my 12, 6 and 3 year old here and they all had a ball. Pros: We got a great deal on tickets due to a promotion. There’s not a time limit on the tickets. This location is much larger and more spacious than the one in Raleigh. We went early on Saturday morning so it wasn’t crowded. They have unique experiences like the indoor skydiving and the glamour parlor which are both extra charges. Asia in the parlor was very sweet and patient giving my there year old a manicure. The robes are super cute. The princess themed party rooms are also cute. Their food court has an area for eating. They also have picnic tables through the whole area meaning there’s plenty of seating throughout. Cons: based on height, my three year old could only go on the trampolines and the indoor play space, which she wasn’t interested in. My oldest went on the zipline but was nervous because the people hooking him in said things like “I hope this is how it goes” when putting on his gear. The skydiving experience is cool but less than a minute. You can’t purchase tickets for it online. The skydiving staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing . I think some of the staff in other areas could get more training in handling young children because they acted like them being there inconvenienced them. The VR was down but they did have signs at the front to advise of this. Overall, the experience was mostly positive. We had a great time and we’d go again.

We were at urban air today and we overall had a good experience, but there were definitely some things that were of serious concern. My kids are older so they were able to manage, but I would be worried if I had children who were 5-6 years old. Some of the staff were extremely unprofessional and careless and just playing around. Obviously, they were very young people and they were not very attentive about safety protocols, etc. Especially the staff on the ropes course. My son was accidentally sent into the zip line without even being tethered. If he was younger, he would’ve just leapt and fallen right off. The attractions are fun and the places is well maintained. But I wish the people manning the attractions were a little more mature, and were trained to handle young children. I saw another couple who were very concerned about their three year old, who was being pushed around by older children. Also, the staff were not very responsive to curb troublemakers. Instead, they were laughing and having a good time with the troublemakers. Add to that some of the teenagers manning the rides were using foul language. Advice to management would be to ensure safety so that nothing untoward happens. The café was excellent. We will definitely go back, but I hope management is aware of the importance of staffing especially when young children are at the venue.

We recently celebrated our son's birthday at this Urban Air location. Definitely kids had good time ( which they could have any which ways).

I can only give 4 out of 10 rating and the specific issues I encountered are below. I am sure this will go un-noticed and no one is willing to hear constructive feedback, but I want to do my due diligence. Also this would be a good information on to be posted on google review as well : Waiver Process - The waiver process was confusing and frustrating. Even though we had completed an online waiver in advance, all guests were still required to fill out a manual waiver on-site. This created unnecessary delays and added confusion for everyone involved. It would have been much more efficient to only have one waiver process, either online or on-site, but not both. Accessibility (Baggage Trolley) - The accessibility of your event location, especially when it came to transporting the party belongings was bad. Despite of me selecting the VIP (best possible room); we were provided with a subpar room in the corner on top floor. The lack of an elevator was an inconvenience. As the party organizer, I had to carry items up the stairs to the event space, which was not only difficult but also time-consuming. I was fully suited to party, and it was so embarrassing in front of the guests to behave like a labor. If that’s what I had to do then I would have better done that at my own home. A simple solution would be to provide an elevator or an easier way to transport belongings, especially for those with children and party supplies. VIP Room Experience – Please save yourself some money and don’t book the VIP room. Not only the room was cramped up, it was also in the corner with no proper glass sighting which made the room space appear even more compressed. I was disappointed with the VIP room. It was much smaller than expected and was not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group. We had to squeeze everyone in, and parents had to stand outside in the aisle since there was not enough seating. For the price, I expected a larger, more comfortable space that could fit all our guests. The cramped conditions really impacted the overall experience. Pricing & Value – Only 1 word in this aspect – Horrible for the overall value for the price of your party package. I felt that the party was overpriced for what it offered. At $42 per child (when I didn’t even select tier 1 or tier 2), the package didn't even include basic amenities like a cake or party favors, which are typically standard in other party venues. Additionally, there was a mandatory $80 service charge/tip, which felt excessive given the overall experience. For that price, I expected better organization and more inclusive offerings. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost. Overall Satisfaction - Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the experience, especially given the high cost. While the kids had fun, the logistical issues and lack of value for the price made the experience less enjoyable for the adults and party organizers. I would be hesitant to recommend Urban Air to others based on this experience. Final Comments and Suggestions – Some improvements that I suggest to enhance future parties and events at Urban Air Morrisville - Simplify the waiver process to avoid redundancy and long wait times. Don’t print your list 24 hours in advance. We had some guest and ourselves filling it on Party morning. Consider adding an elevator or better accessibility for transporting items to the event area. Re-evaluate the VIP room size and seating arrangements to ensure comfort for all guests. Don’t let the guest feel that they were given a bad room due to their ethnic, geographic background. Adjust pricing to offer better value, so as to allow basic party items like cake and favours to be either included in the package, or budget without the need for additional fees. Ensure that the overall experience, particularly for party organizers, is more coordinated...

Not the best experience. Particularly given what we paid (Ultimate Party). An email sent by a staff member with information for our party that I replied to with a question was not answered despite the fact the email handle was not of the "noreply" nature. We were also sent a waiver link that when we clicked on it, took us to a page that said, "You're invited to Myles' 9th birthday's party at Urban Air Adventure Park Morrisville, NC." Our son's name is not Myles and he was not turning nine. So, I didn't have any of our guests' parents use that link. Finally, since nobody had replied to my email from the previous day, I called the facility and the phone etiquette of the girl who answered the phone was greatly lacking and borderline unprofessional.  When we arrived, we had to wait a while for our party coordinator to show up and take us to our room even though we arrived on time 15 minutes before our scheduled party as the email from Urban Air said we could do.  So, we were then rushed getting the room prepared and were still getting things ready when the guests began arriving. This meant that I had to send my husband out to monitor the kids while I stayed in the room finishing getting things ready despite not having that much in the way of decorations. As a result, I missed out on watching our son playing with his buddies for the first part of his party.  There were also two different arrangements of deflated balloons left in the room from a previous party that were lying on the floor and our guests could have tripped over. We had to remove them ourselves.  They were clearly old since they were deflated to the point that they were lying on the floor and there's no way the staff couldn't have noticed them if they were properly cleaning the rooms. They were tied to two different chairs. The girl working the zipline that runs along the ceiling had her harness on but she was not attached to her safety tether the entire time she was up there working. In fact, my husband and I watched as she took the safety tether and spun one end of it to play with it.  So, I’m assuming the harness she was wearing was for looks only and the appearance of "safety" when in fact no safety was being provided by it.  Likely an OSHA violation. It didn’t give me much confidence in the facility and made me wonder what other safety protocols are not being implemented properly.  Additionally, our son complained that the boy working the dodgeball area spent most of his time on his phone and did nothing to monitor the attraction, so it was a free-for-all. He normally likes dodgeball, but not at this place because it was complete chaos.  Much of the staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other than paying attention to the customers and kids around them. And for a place that specializes in fun for kids, none of the staff members we saw even so much as cracked a smile once except for the woman who greeted us at the door and called on the walkie talkie for our party coordinator. The staff working the ball pit looked irritated and like they would rather be anywhere else but there. Honestly, I regret leaving any tip when I checked out because my husband and I did more work than the staff did while we were there and now I wish I could get my tip back. Disappointing experience. First time being there and we...

We are members and we joined before the grand opening. I waited to make my review as they were still adjusting and training their staff.

Our friend had birthday party here on a Sunday. It was soooooo disorganized. It took 15 mins of waiting in line for us to find out that each kid had to be registered on a kiosk then another 15 mins for it to be done. We were assigned to a party room that was not cleaned after the previous party. A staff member came in and said, "Excuse me" and stared at us like we were trespassing. She finally said that the rooms are for birthday parties and I said that we are here for a birthday party. She asked who sent us to this room and I answered that the front desk did. She didn't know what to do and called her manager (the teens working here are constantly confused and call the manager a lot). We let the kids go play while they worked things out. The manager took care of everything and added time to the party room to make up for the delays. Lines on weekend are ridiculously long. I asked the staff to let our kids go in the sky rider first so that we can sing happy birthday but they kicked out kids out of line instead. The teenager misunderstood me and I told him to let them go first not kick them off and he did what I asked. We would have done the birthday cake first if the room was ready. The kids had fun despite the fiasco.

I received a survey about my platinum membership. It stated that I get 10% off food and drinks with my membership. I asked the concession person if I get 10% off and she said yes. I bought food and there was no 10% discount. She charged me full price and we called a manager to resolve. I showed them the surveys but she still said I don't get 10% off so I got a refund. I am really annoyed by the inconsistent info.

I am locked in for a year for my membership which is fine because I only go on weekdays when it is not crowded. Other reviews state that the place is ran by teens and it is true. They teens are nice but they are inexperienced and lack customer...
