Very disappointing. Placed an on line order for pizza from the restaurant which is no more than 15 minutes away- would typically go ourselves, but had company in and didn't want to run out. Figured this would be the best time to try out 919dine. We placed our order, were given a estimated delivery time then we had to call because we were first time customers. After confirming account they gave us an estimated time of an 80 to 85 minutes --- which was just a few minutes past the original estimate. So we waited 85 minutes.. .then 90... after 95 minutes I called and asked - they said they were "running behind and would be there in 5 minutes". Finally after over 100 minutes they showed up.
Honestly, the extra 15 minutes wait probably wouldn't have upset me much IF the order had been warm enough to eat. Unfortunately, we then had to turn on the oven so we could warm up our pizza and garlic knots before we could eat them because they were COLD. Not like, oh they picked it up and drove right here, but basically room temperature or colder food.
I am disappointed because I really wanted to like the service, however for my $3.99 delivery fee plus my $5 tip I feel like i wasted $8.99 and should have just drove myself to pick up the pizza so we could have enjoyed it in a more reasonable amount of time without having to warm it up.
We will not be using 919 again, they got the order 100% accurate but it was just way too late and too cold to give them...

Thank you sir for your response and positive attitude. Original: I have been a customer of 919 Dine for many years. Today I placed an order at a local restaurant. The order was not delivered on time, it took over an hour and a half. I called in when the order did not arrive and was told a driver was having issues with their car. That is fine and I totally understand things happen, just please notify the customer if something is delaying the delivery. When the order did arrive it was incorrect, an entire order was left out. The driver kindly apologized and offered to go back to the restaurant to correct the mistake. I declined and requested a refund for the forgotten order. Someone from 919 Dine called me immediately and asked what the problem was. As I was telling her what happened she began to speak over me and not listen to the problem at hand. The reviews say that you are going to get people who should be in the customer service industry whenever you call. The will most likely get mad if you don't leave a good/ok tip. 15% is a bad tip. Anything less than $5 is a bad tip. These are drivers who most likely pay their own gas. They make nothing so tip them! I don't care what happen to you do not take away from the driver. If something goes wrong you're out of luck. The owner is aggressive with these reviews and was only tactical with one of them. The owner is welcome to comment on this review to. If it is bad weather (like really bad) don't use them. They are not going to call if they cancel it. I would suggest being that jerk who calls a couple of time to make sure it is still coming or dont they mite spit in your food.
