My husband & I had a very unpleasant experience with a customer service rep who I don't think has worked there very long...at least she didn't act like it. She was not very knowledgeable in helping with a problem my husband had with his phone. He was indeed upset with his phone service & wanted it resolved...he was respectful, but direct. She took everything he said too personal, lost her cool, asked us to leave, & said some things that a customer service person should never say.. I know..I worked with the public for 40 years, & I know that sometimes you just have to take things & move on, being gracious as you go. The old saying, " the customer is always right", is still true today, even if at the time you think they're not.. But $300 for 360 days of service with unlimited (15 gb / month before throttling begins) is a great value. Contacts with any carrier is just a rip off. Be smart. Buy your device unlocked from Amazon then go prepaid. You will not regret it. If you add up what is charged total for a phone then the cost of 3 years service (required 36 month agreement if financing the device) you would be blown away compared to the alternative. I gave $1000 for my S24 ultra. Then count 3 years service. I'm under $2000. You'll never get it that cheap with a contract. Plus you can add insurance through at&t even with BYOP....
