Shine Time Super Wash — Local services in Moulton

Cole at Olive Branch location has excellent customer service skills, I have four vehicles signed up with old Towne car wash, and had brought my second one up there to be changed over. The first associate told me “He was not adding anymore to the list to be changed over to Super Shine” he claimed that had to many already to put in system. Cole stepped in and said “No we are going write him up” the other associate stormed off saying, “well I’m not going write him up” truly unprofessional!! Cole wrote me up and got me the second sticker. Cole always recognizes me when I go up there and gives me a VIP experience. Super Shine almost lost all of my business, but because of Cole I will bring the other two vehicles up there. I had made a special trip yesterday to bring that vehicle, up there, but I was immediately dismissed, that it wasn’t possible. Very disappointed. I have used this car wash for sometime now and have not had any issues. And I always tell a friend. But as of two to three weeks ago now I took a friend to help detail her car that she had just purchased this same day. And through the car wash it has damaged one of her rims on her car. We notified them of this immediately and took pictures. They refused to do an accident report and treated us very disrespectfully. Taking her number only and said that someone would contact her within 4-5 days after they review the camera's. We have yet to here from anyone on this issue and truly don't feel that the supervisor/manager handled this properly. Won't even give us a number to call to help us. I was disappointed after an incident happened where a customer caused a collision in the car wash. SHINE TIME was very unprofessional and didn't want to help. They basically said it wasn't their problem only to find out that they didn't want to get involved because it was the local Sheriff's wife that caused the accident. Politics at its finest. They had cameras as well as an employee statement. All the proof they needed , so my rating went from a 4 a year ago to a 1 because I felt they didn't handle the situation as best as they could have.
