Hello, I wanted to take some time to leave some feedback about Store 2056 (Moulton ,AL). I visited the Store on 10/17/17 @ roughly 8PM-9PM. I was about 2 hours into a 4 hour drive back from a work trip. My battery light came on (first time it has happened since I’ve had the car in 2008). I decided to stop at the Moulton Store and spoke with a Manager an FT Employee (Landon & Lyle I believe). One had a grey polo and the other red. They tested my battery and determined it was good. They suggested my alternator possibly was at fault due to the age of the car and the fact my battery tested fine. I purchased a new alternator and began to “attempt” to install it. I say “attempt” because I have no idea what I was doing. I am currently an Assistant Manager @ BestBuy and former Geek Squad Manager, so when it comes to taking apart a Computer I have no issue. But anything mechanical to do with a car I am completely lost. The 2 employees stayed about 2 hours after the Store closed (in the cold) and helped install a new alternator into my car. I can’t begin to describe my appreciation for what they did. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Please give them a raise, bonus, or award for the level of “extra mile” service they provided. Also thank you to District Manager Bruce Sherer for returning my call. I unfortunately never received a call back from Regional Manager Bill Carroll or I would have also described to him over the phone how awesome the 2 guys at Store 2056 are. My sister needed a water pump, my grandma went and got her what she needed. Then I'm told that it cost her 140 bucks plus tax. This is on a 02 Tahoe. Gave her the most expensive one they had at the store I'm assuming because O-Rileys and Advance had it for 60 to 70 dollars. After that it is doubtful I'll be shopping at this location again. Is it my grandmas fault for not looking Into what they cost a bit more? Absolutely!! However that's still taking advantage of a little old lady after quoting my sister a 100 price for that matter (which is still too high for a water pump on this vehicle...) and this was a store manager that did this, not just some punk kid.. Thats just low down as hell if you asked. She was literally charged double what they go for! That is why I won't be back in...

Okay so I got a lot to say about this place but I'm not going to say it all and most of it's good there's a guy in there that must work at least 100 hours a week and I'm not kidding his name is Chris best store manager I've seen for a store ever he and his crew have just done a bang-up job everything I've Ever Needed they've gone above and beyond way above and beyond to help me find what I needed and you know they can't really control the price so I can't really say anything about price because it's a corporation but that's another story altogether this individual store is top of the line five stars all...
