Otis is an excellent example of one of the BEST human beings, (not only handling customers with professionalism and helpful guidance with products for each customer's needs),....but he had just the right touch of humor when needed, to make sure the customers were Happy. ❤ AND,.....he personally helped me last night, (when my car broke-down,----RIGHT in FRONT of the store----by checking on me throughout my 4 hour ordeal of waiting for AAA to arrive. !!!!!
