Touchdown Sports Bar — Restaurant in Moultrie

My coworkers and I decided to try out Touchdown for my birthday luncheon. We had an hour to spare and thought it would be fun to go. HUGE MISTAKE! The entire place was almost empty and all 10 of us walked in. No one acknowledged us as we were standing there and we were told to just find a table and someone would be right out. Almost 15 minutes later we finally had to go to the bar and ask the girl to take our drink orders. We had to yell the orders across the restaurant to the bar. Finally got our drinks and the waitress disappeared again. Another party of 6 came in and sat down. Once we saw one of the waitresses/cook standing at the bar, we had to ask her to take our food order because we were limited on time. She gave us attitude and said "don't look at me some type of way, I'm the one that's got to cook all ya'lls food" as if that was supposed to make us feel better. So we've been here 45 minutes already. Fast forward ANOTHER 20 MINUTES...they bring out the other table's food before ours even though we'd been there quite a bit longer. A man at the bar said he'd been there an hour and the girl behind the bar hadn't even asked him what he wanted to drink. Once our food starting trickling out, a few coworkers had to leave to get back to work, half of us didn't have food, the cook in the back asked if we still wanted the food we ordered almost a half hour ago because she hadn't put it on the grill yet. So ANOTHER 15 MINUTES later, we finally try to pay, we still don't all have our food, the food we do have has to be taken to go, the rest of the food was put in to go plates and they messed up the checks and made us wait another 10 minutes just to get one person's check back. So we had to take almost a 2 hour lunch without eating and hoping that the cards she rang up were even correct. We will absolutely NOT be returning until they get properly staffed with more than 2 people working an entire restaurant. So now I have to go explain to my boss why I was gone for so long and hope I don't get in trouble. Happy...

The Philly Steak Sandwich was excellent. The steak and seasoning were superb. Nice atmoshere. My waitress was super nice and attentive but the guy at the bar where I was sitting was very busy on his phone. I said hello, he said zero because he was on his phone. He even left the bar unattended to use his phone and then although there was music playing, he was at the register right by where I was sitting and had his phone on and it was loud enough to where is was distracting. I was not impressed at all at his unattentive attitude. There were customers at the bar but that did not seem to be his priority. Thankfully, the other girl was there to give some impression of service to...

Man. World class chef. Try the avacdo burger, the fried pickles. Even a chopped steak with homade mash potatoes. This by far my favorite place to dine in Moultrie and I run Don Julios. The atmosphere and aesthic scream THE BEST LOCAL DIVE BAR. Chavela and Armando are my heroes. Always imitated and never reproduced. Real recognize real. Anybody could open a bar in Moultrie but not everybody can treat you like family and I would never stop by another bar for any reason. Loyal customer for life.
