Freckles Skate Center — Local services in Moultrie

I'll write an in depth review, me and my sister come here and this is basically where I learned to skate, most of the staff are really nice! The floor is a lil weird though.. the people who go there a lot are always really nice to me and my sister, I see staff help children a lot too so if you want family fun come here! But for first timers get some balance on skates because I didn't and hurt my hands and butt lol. Also the music is good most of the time, I honestly like that you can recommend music if they have it, but reminder some times they don't apparently.. they play very diverse music too. Just be mindful of people who lay flat on the floor / don't watch what they're doing, quite frequently I see people laying on the carpet floor where you'd normally roll around to find a seat, I hope that stops :/ but alot of the people who go there are easy to make friends with and they know each other like a...

Drove an hour to skate here, my rink is being resurfaced, AS THIS ONE SHOULD BE!! Horrible! My wheels were gummed up in 10 minutes. The worst floor I’ve ever skated on, someone will get hurt! I am an experienced skater with years of experience and this was by far the worst rink I’ve ever set foot in, I left within 10 minutes. No lockers, no where to sit to put skates on except picnic benches for consessions, kids hugging the walls and cutting you off in their skate walkers (they need to be in the middle and no one was policing that. Do not bring kids to this place. This place is so out dated the rink has holes all in it along with a 3 to 4 inch gap between the rink floor and the wall as well as the floor is just plywood with blue paint on it. Well needless to say tonight I ended up at the hospital because of the holes in the floor. Once arriving to the er I then found out that there was 4 other families here from the same skating rink that had fallen and broke bones. So if you value your child's safety then please don't come...
