Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish. We recently visited this bowling alley hoping for a fun family outing, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
First, the scoreboard kept malfunctioning, constantly miscounting or freezing, which really took away from the enjoyment of the games. On top of that, the staff was clearly inexperienced—they seemed unsure how to handle even basic issues, and no one seemed to know what was going on. We waited forever at the concession stand, only to find that they were out of cheese for the nachos. They gave us dried-out chips with chili and promised to bring fresh nachos once the cheese was ready. Two games of bowling later... still nothing. No follow-up, no fresh nachos. We tried to salvage the night in the arcade, but even that was a headache. When we went to cash out tickets for our three kids, the young staff member said he couldn't access the system. The manager was supposedly "in a meeting," and we waited nearly 20 minutes before she finally came out. To her credit, she did make it right with the tickets, but the damage to the experience had already been done.
To top it all off, several items they advertised on the menu weren’t even available.
Overall, this place felt unorganized and unprepared. We really tried to make the best of it for our kids, but this was far from the fun night we had planned for my...
Read moreWe've been visiting Strike Zone at least once a week to bowl. The weekly rates are very reasonable so take advantage of them. You can order from the screen so you don't have to waste time worry about ordering in a line and getting back in time for your turn. The arcade is a bit small but they have some classic arcade games, air hockey and skeeball, and some first shooter games. With grab games and more. Enough for the kiddies and young at heart. Staff is friendly also. They host birthday parties too if your looking for a fun place for the whole family to celebrate the little one's birthday. We haven't had a bowling alley in Moultrie since I was a teen, so its really wonderful to have our own...
Read moreThe Bowling lanes suck and are not lit well. Need to get rid of the big TV screens we came to bowl not watch TV it’s distracting. We were charged for two people 1 hour $25 which is way too much for a child bowling lane. The pins had strings and it was impossible to get a strike the way the pins fell with the strings attached to the pins. I have never seen that before and made the experience childish. We drove from Thomasville because the bowling alley here is closed on Wednesday but we can bowl for 3 hours for $30.00 here in Thomasville from 11:00-2:00. The staff young adults were not friendly and scowled when we were leaving. We won’t be back to...
