The Cody Store 2 — Local services in Moultrie

We just ordered a firestick yesterday! Spent $175.00. We called last week and they were nice and we asked can we watch it on our phones. Oh yes, you can. Then go in yesterday pay the $175.00 and then they told us after that to have on our phones we would have to pay another month of service and 5 extra a month. They then after getting our money we're pretty rude. We get home last night and had to literally search high and low to find stuff and figure things out. No big deal. Then we get up trying to watch movies and you get halfway through and it buffers and then if it does play it's a few seconds then buffers again. We haven't been able to finish a movie. We have fiber good internet and nothing ever buffers. I was going to go to all 5 of my tvs with the cody cable and firesticks. Bit after thankfully starting with one and it being an absolute nightmare already I'm glad I kept my other streaming sites. I never ever have issues out of them. Then we call tech a the guy is very rude and could care less of the issues you're having. Getting ahold of some is also a nightmare even with having 4 phone numbers. There is one nice lady and one nice guy we did deal with and a few that are rude. But the service is aggravating to use if it constantly buffers and now my son can't watch stuff on his phone like he's use to because we forked out $175 then was told another $40 to have it on his phone. I really wanted to like this and give them a chance but I'm already stressed with it. I dont post reviews offen and most are when I have a really good experience but now I'm having to do this.
