Mr. Shimock and his staff went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure my husband was able to live an independent life. He took the time and patience, to explain, and allow him to try each lift chair. He made it affordable so that he could remain independent. They are delivering it the next day, he made sure there was room in the schedule, knowing the importance of this. He treated us like we were one of his own family and nothing less. Great customer service. They went out of their way (literally, for the delivery), and were able to assist me with my purchase over the phone after another local store left me hanging with a canceled order. Very pleasant to deal with. My order was on the next delivery truck to them and then delivered to me four days later. The two delivery guys were fantastic. Very pleasant, very courteous.
