Girlfriend and I went there and ordered ONLY 4 items: a Coney cheeseburger and regular fries for my girlfriend; a Coney cheese dog and large curly fries for myself. Our order was for takeout and everything was wrapped in greasy wax paper so we didn’t open it up and check to make sure the order was right before we left.
BIG MISTAKE!
My girlfriend’s order was right but mine was totally wrong. First, my hotdog had no cheese on it and the chili sauce was kind of bland. Second, they gave me a regular size curly fries instead of the large I ordered.
The lady taking our order was quite rude/blunt like we should’ve known the menu before we went in there. That was my first and last visit there. I’m a pretty vocal guy and will gladly voice my opinion and experience with M.C. Coney
They’ll never see anyone go there by me recommending them. If they want new and more business maybe they should strive to be at least good. I would give them one star but my girlfriend’s order was...
Read morePros: *Waiter (newbie) was friendly.
Cons: *Took 30 minutes to recieve order, after it was placed, (which was one burger, a 'not-so-large' order of fries, mozzarella sticks, and two bottled sodas), because there's only one cook (the owner). *Expensive drink prices ($2.04 for a "large," which is only 16.9 oz, same as the small 6-pack for $2.50 bottled sodas). NO FREE REFILLS! :-O *The reason prices don't SEEM too high for burgers, is because they literally use the same thin, tiny meat patties that McDonald's uses for a simple cheeseburger in a happy meal! *Paid almost $1 per mozzarella stick! *Tiny portion size for everything.
If you're planning to go eat there for yourself, I'd advise you walk right past the place and up the street, and enjoy REAL burgers, gyros, and cheesesteaks at reasonable prices in The...
Read moreIt was the worst place I have ever eaten. The food handling was unsanitary. The lady at the register will handle money touch food and never wore gloves. Her nails are too long to be working with food. The food was pre-cooked and not fresh. Same with the cook never wore a glove. Food is nasty. I asked for a sandwich and it was expensive for pre-cooked bacon and three slices of bacon and Walmart slice toasted bread. Something a 5yr old could make. I would never go bk I would rather have my blood sugar drop than eat there. Also she she cleaned counters w/o gloves. Food was placed on the dirty counter surface without...
