Absolutely, deliciously, the BEST country ham you can buy. If you're looking for a superior quality (and best tasting) ham for any of your country ham needs, this is the ONLY place to get it.

Their ham is true Southern-style done right. Very salty, and extremely flavorful, just as true country ham should be. Don't be a ninny if you buy ham from here... do it right: FRY it. (Cast-iron skillet method) SO. GOOD. Bonus: Free odorizer included! Your house will smell like ham for a day or two!

They offer their hams many ways: in small packages perfect for biscuits, as well as half and whole hams, pre-sliced or unsliced. Our family generally gets a half ham every Easter and Thanksgiving/Christmas season. They also have bacon, jams, and other odds and ends, but the hams are beast! (Yes, I meant beast!)

Their storefront is extreme cool. When passing by on the road, the building looks half dilapidated, but when you enter, it feels like old-world charm. The near century old shop is the perfect place to serve this delicious ham to folks. The only negative about this place is that they get you hooked on this crazy good ham, then close the store half the year! They're only open for one week before Easter, then Oct-Dec every year. This means they have tendency to sell out quickly! Get yours before I do!

This is a great place for country ham, bacon, & sausage lovers! Award winning hams, plus lots of other things such as sorghum, bourbon candy, grits, &lots more. I personally like to buy the whole hams prepackaged into packs of 2 for my Mom & Dad for Christmas presents. Great friendly people who love to help you. The history of this place is awesome too....
